This page explains what information Wrenwork AI (“Wrenwork”, “we”, “us”) collects on wrenworkai.com, why we collect it and what you can do about it. We’ve tried to keep it short and in plain English.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms, plus basic, cookieless visit counts.
- We use it to reply to you and do the work you asked for.
- We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it for advertising.
- You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time.

- Your business name
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your ZIP code (optional)

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Cal.com collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your message or request
- Prepare and send your free website audit
- Follow up about the services you asked about
- Keep our forms safe from spam and abuse
- Understand, in general terms, which pages are useful
We won’t add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask to be added.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1). Cloudflare also hosts this website. Your information may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries where Cloudflare operates.
Our own internal tools may read audit requests from this database so we can prepare your report. They don’t share your information with anyone else.
When you send a form, we send a notification to our own inbox and a confirmation email to you. These emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service or Resend, an email delivery company. They process your name, email address and the contents of the message only to deliver it.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is filling them out. Turnstile looks at basic information about your browser and device to do this. It doesn’t show you puzzles in most cases, and it isn’t used for advertising. Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers how it works.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites and doesn’t build a profile of you.
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don’t share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with the service providers listed above, so they can run our website and email for us, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as we need them to talk with you and do the work you asked for. If you don’t become a client, we delete submissions after about two years, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, we keep records as long as we work together and as long as tax and business laws require after that.
Your rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights over your personal information. We offer the same rights to everyone, wherever you live. You can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Get a copy of it
- Correct it if it’s wrong
- Delete it
- Stop any sharing (though we don’t sell or share it for advertising)
We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
How to ask us to delete or see your information
Email us at the address on our contact page with “Privacy request” in the subject line. Tell us the email address you used on our forms. We may ask you to confirm it’s really you before we act. We’ll reply within 45 days, and usually much sooner.
You can also have someone you trust, like an authorized agent, make a request for you. We’ll need proof that you gave them permission.
Children
This website is for business owners. It isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is big, we’ll make it clear on the site.
