Is it okay to ask customers for reviews?
Yes, as long as you ask everyone and don't pay for or filter reviews. We ask every customer the same way, which follows Google's rules.
Do the AI replies post without me seeing them?
Only if you want them to. By default, you get each draft first and approve it with one tap. You can also choose to auto-post replies to 5-star reviews only.
What happens with a bad review?
You get an alert right away, plus a calm draft reply. You decide what to say and whether to reach out to the customer directly.
Can you remove bad reviews?
