I started Wrenwork because most businesses know AI could save them hours, but nobody has time to work out where it fits or to set it up. I find the places it pays off, build it for you and explain it in plain English. I'll come to your office anywhere in the South Bay, and work remotely everywhere else.

Questions owners ask.
Do I need to learn new software?
No. We build on the tools you already use, like your email, CRM, spreadsheets and accounting software. You get simple updates, and you can call us if anything needs to change.
How fast is setup?
Most first automations and agents are live in 1 to 2 weeks. Bigger projects take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly services are month-to-month. Setup is a one-time fixed price that we agree on before any work starts.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It works from your rules and your data, and hands anything unclear to a person instead of guessing. New agents start in draft mode, so you check their work before anything reaches a customer. Every action is logged.
Is my business data safe?
We use business-grade AI providers that don't train on your data, give each agent access only to what it needs and write down exactly what it can see. You own your data and accounts.
Do you work outside San Jose?
Yes. We're based in San Jose and meet in person around the South Bay. Everywhere else, we work remotely by video, and most of the build happens online anyway.
