Demo: an intake agent reads a new email, updates the CRM and drafts a reply.

Your team does a computer's job.

Somebody reads every inbound email, figures out what it is and copies the details into another system. Somebody else answers the same five questions every day.

It isn't hard work, but it takes hours, and it waits whenever that person is busy, out sick or on vacation.

An AI agent can read, decide and act like a careful new hire who follows your rules exactly. It handles the routine cases and hands the tricky ones to a person.

What's included.

Everything below is set up for you. You review it and approve it before it goes live.

  • A custom agent built around one job, like intake, lead qualifying, support or document processing
  • Connected to your email, CRM, help desk, spreadsheets or files
  • Rules you set for what it can do alone and what needs your approval
  • A log of every action it takes, so you can see exactly what happened
  • Hand-off to a person for anything unusual or sensitive
  • Monthly tuning as your business and questions change

How it works.

  1. Pick the job

We sit with the person who does the work today and write down how they decide what to do.

  2. Build it with guardrails

We build the agent, connect it to your tools and set clear limits on what it can do without asking.

  3. Run it in the shadows

It drafts but doesn't send. You compare its work with your team's until you trust it.

  4. Go live and tune

We turn on the parts you've approved and keep checking its work every week at first.

What it costs.

Common questions.

What's the difference between an AI agent and an automation?

An automation follows fixed steps: when X happens, do Y. An agent can read something messy, like an email or a PDF, decide what it is and pick the right next step. We often use both together.

Will it do things without asking me?

Only the things you allow. You choose what it can do on its own, like logging a lead, and what needs your OK, like sending a quote. Every action is logged.

What if it gets something wrong?

It works from your rules and your data, and it hands anything unclear to a person instead of guessing. Running it in draft mode first lets you catch mistakes before customers see anything.

Is my data safe?

We use business-grade AI providers that don't train on your data, give the agent access only to what it needs and document exactly what it can see.

Which AI do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your budget, usually a leading model from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. You're not locked in; we can switch models later.
