Everyone says use AI. But where?
You hear that AI will change everything, and you get pitched new tools every week. It's hard to tell what's useful for a business your size.
Buying tools without a plan leads to subscriptions nobody uses and half-finished projects.
We look at how your business really runs, find the handful of places where AI and automation pay off, and give you a plan you can act on, with or without us.

Common questions.
Do I have to hire you to build what's in the roadmap?
No. The roadmap is yours. Many clients have us build the first win, but you can hand it to your own team or another vendor.
We're small. Is this worth it?
Often, yes. Smaller teams feel lost hours the most. We scale the review to your size, and sometimes the honest answer is that one simple automation is all you need.
Can you train our team on AI tools?
Yes. We run practical sessions on using AI assistants for writing, research and analysis in your own work, plus a simple policy on what data is OK to share.
How long does a review take?
For most small businesses, one to two weeks from the first interview to the written roadmap.
